Sicilian reinterpretation of the Saison Belga, this spicy orange beer is flavored with Mandarin peel of the “Late Consortium of Ciaculli”. This is why we only produce it between the beginning of March and the beginning of the flowering of the fruit.
A sparkling, rustic and acidic character, with a little marked body and a balanced hopping, both in boiling and Dry Hopping. A mix of European hops that make it very fragrant and refreshing.
